摘要
使用FLUENT软件,通过湍流模型和离散相模型对风机内部的二维流场和二维粒子运动轨迹进行了模拟。研究了影响离心风机除尘效率的因素,并以此为根据,调整了离心除尘风机出灰口的布置。
Using the turbulence model and discrete phase model of FLUENT, the flow field and the track of the ash in the centrifugal blower was simulated. And ingredients which would influent the dust collection efficiency of the centrifugal blower was researched. Basing on the results of this research,the collocation of the outlet for the blower was adjusted finally.
