摘要
针对单缸双作用隔膜泵脉动,分析了产生脉动的原因、蓄能器对脉动的消减作用、空气室结构参数与流量脉动衰减率的关系。讨论了峰值分散技术对多联单缸双作用隔膜泵流体脉动的消减作用,并给出了最优分散相角的计算公式及软件计算判断方法。
The flux pulsation of single cylinder double acting diaphragm pumps was studied. The reason of the creation pulsation to single cylinder double acting diaphragm pumps,the accumulator decreases the function to the pulsation and air pack construction parameter and the relation of the discharge pulsation tapering rate were analyzed.The peak value dispersion technique to decreases flux pulsation of many sets diaphragm pumps was discussed. The methods and the formula of software calculation to optimum dispersion phase angle were given.
