摘要
本文报导了室内羽化的蚁蛉,在人工饲养条件下(用半合成人工饲料饲养)首次获得交尾产卵成功,并连续多代繁殖,实验结果证明:穴蚁蛉Mymneleon(Morter)sagax幼虫的发育历期,明显地随着捕食猎物机率的增加而缩短,个体发育的整齐度则随捕食机率的增加而提高;当投饵频率即捕食机率达到并保持一定水平时,可突破自然界蚁蛉的年生活史,增加年发生代数,本研究结果,使穴蚁岭在室内1周年完成了3个世代。
This paper reports firstly the success of ant-lion M,(M,)sapx coupling andoviposition under the artificial feeding conditions in laboratory, The results showed thatthe developmental period of ant-lion larvae shortens with the increasing of predate prob-ability, and the development of larvae population become more uniform in feeding once aday than that in feeding once a week.The average development time of ant-lion whichpredate every day decreases by 43. 47%compared with the case of predate once a week.The result also indicated the ant-lion can complete 3 generations in a year under the ex-periment conditions(a life cycle would take the least one in nature).The experimentalcondition is that enough prey was provided artificially,In order to test the unnecessitv ofthe low timperature and short day,the conditions of 25℃ temperature and 14 hours lightwere used to substitute the low temperature and short day in winter(from November toMarch of next year).It shows that the food is the most important factor which influ-ences the ant-lion development.
