水曲柳扦插繁殖影响因子的分析 被引量:48

Influencing Factors of Vegetative Propagation of Fraxinus mandshurica by Rooted Cuttings

摘要 在林下和温室内的插床中,对水曲柳(Fraxinus mandshurica)扦插繁殖的环境、母树年龄、采条部位、顶芽有无、切口形状、生根促进物质等进行了研究.结果显示,温室内的平均生根率为83.0%,林下生根率几乎为零.在保证插穗周围有近乎饱和的空气湿度的环境下,采自水曲柳1~2年生实生萄的插穗,枝条中下部的无顶芽、斜切口插穗的生根率达92.2%.NAA 1000 mg/L浸泡插穗基部5 min的生根率为71.7%;IBA 50 mg/L浸泡插穗基部12 h的生根率为84.5%,ABT2生根粉的生根率为92 2%. The influencing factors for rooted cuttings of Fraxinus mandshurica were tested under forest crown and in greenhouse. The factors included rooting environment, age of stock plants, position of cuttings on the stock branches, apical buds existing or not, the form of cutting end and the rooting promotion substances. The results showed that the average rooting rate was 83.0% in greenhouse, but almost zero under forest crown, and up to 92.2% in greenhouse by using no apical bud cuttings with oblique cut end from middle and lower position of branches of 1 to 2 years old seedlings when the air moisture around cuttings was almost 100%. The rooting rates of cuttings treated by 1 000 mg/L of NAA for 5 min, 50 mg/L of IBA for 12 h, and ABT2 rooting power were 71.7%, 84.5% and 92.2%, respectively.
