摘要
利用叶绿素荧光测定技术,检测了东北地区7个蒙古栎种源的荧光诱导动力学参数。结果表明:汪清、弯甸子和白石砬子种源的PSⅡ的潜在活性、原初光能转化效率、PSⅡ反应中心捕获激发能效率、PSⅡ中心非环式电子传递量子产额、电子传递速率及光化学荧光猝灭系数均高于其它种源;非光化学荧光猝灭系数(QN)较低,表现出良好的光合生理功能,这些参数与生长量及叶绿素含量之间具有相关的趋势。东北地区要引种具有优良光合生理功能的蒙古栎种源时,在所试验的嘉荫、乌伊岭、新青、汪清、临江、弯甸子、白石砬子种源中,汪清、弯甸子和白石砬子种源应为首选。
The fluorescence induction kinetics parameters of seven provenances of Quercus mongolica from northeast area were studied by using the chlorophyⅡ fluorescence measuring technique. The results show that the potential activity of PSⅡ, the efficiency of light conversion, the excitation capture efficiency of PSⅡ, actual quantum yield of photosystemⅡ, electron transport, electron translation rate(E_ TR )and the coefficient of photochemical fluorescence quenching(Q_P)of Wangqing, Wandianzi and Baishilazi were higher than those of other provenances which were studied, while the coefficients of non-photochemical fluorescence quenching(Q_N)of these three provenances were lower. The results demonstrated that the photosynthetic and physiological functions of these three provenances mentioned above were by far the best among the 7 tested provenances, and that there were correlative tendencies between these parameters and growth weight, chlorophyⅡ contents. It is suggested that if Quercus mongolica is to be introduced into northeast area for hybrid breeding, the above three provenances should take top-priority of among Jiayin, Wuyiling, Xinqing, Wangqing, Linjiang , Wandianzi and Baishilazi provenances.
