The evolution process of rice shell board was introduced simply according to the development at home and abroad. The difficulties in the research and manufacture of the rice shell board were summed up, and the sorts of the adhesives which were the primary factor influencing the physical and mechanical properties of the rice shell board were also analyzed. The production on a large scale for diisocyanate adhesive could play a good promotive role on rice shell board exploitation and application.
