循环压力下厚壁容器自增强残余应力的松弛试验 被引量:4

Experimental Research on the Relaxation of Residual Stress of Autofrettaged Thick-walled Vessel under Circulation Pressure

摘要 对40Cr钢制自增强厚壁容器,在循环内压作用下的残余应力松弛进行了试验研究。通过试验,分析了自增强厚壁筒外壁残余应变与循环内压循环次数的变化关系。研究结果表明,厚壁筒自增强残余应力在循环载荷的作用下,残余应力衰减达到近30%。 The relaxation of residual stress of autofrettaged thick-walled vessel made by 40 Cr steel was studied under repeated pressure. Through experiment, the relationships between the residual strain change of autofrettaged thick-walled cylinder’s inner and outer wall with the number of cycles of repeated pressure were analyzed. The result showed that the attenuation of residual stress of autofrettaged thick-walled cylinder reached about 30% under cycle loading.
