摘要
三峡库区移民建迁工程对地形、地质环境的改变诱发了新的地质体稳定问题,已经或将要影响库区安全运行及日后(二期、三期)正常蓄水。本文结合奉节新城高切坡安全评估工作,介绍了三峡库区高切坡安全评估工作的意义、评估工作的内容构成、技术路线等。并以现状调查与建设过程的技术资料为基础分析了影响高切坡稳定性及支挡构筑物安全性的主要因素,通过对152处高切坡核查,进行现状评估和预测评估,综合得出了安全评估结果。同时,对不安全和欠安全高切坡提出了防治建议及库区后期工程建设应该注意的问题。
The TGPC involves a large scale of migration along the banks of the reservoir. In order to ensure the project gonging on wheels, the involved residence in the reservoir area will be moved to tens of new towns to be built according to a planned schedule, and this work has been done for almost ten yeas. So far, most new towns have been completed and some of them run quite a long time. Because these towns grown in a very short time and brought about a remarkable impact to the geoenvironment, some hidden geohazard troubles would be resulted in. Therefore, it is necessary to have a systematic check to the geotechnical issues of the new tows after a period of running. Considering the common great concern to cut slopes, we aim at the stability of cut slopes and the safety of retaining structures to conduct a feed-back investigation and assessment study and select Fengjie as a typical example.
