摘要
采用四种方法分别提取生姜的总黄酮,以紫外光度法测定其含量,确定最佳提取方法为索氏有机溶剂提取法。
Flavonoids in Zingiber officinalis were extracted by four methods,and its content was measured by UV spectrum.The best extraction method was suoshi extrction method.
