摘要
目的:建立复方吲哚美辛栓中硫酸沙丁胺醇含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法。方法:采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.25%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(2∶8),用磷酸调节 pH 值为3.2为流动相;检测波长220nm。结果:线性范围为2.5-126μg·ml^(-1),r=0.99999;平均回收率为100.9%,RSD 为0.99%。结论:本方法灵敏度高,操作简便、可靠。
Objective:to set up a HPLC method for the determination of Salbutamol Sulfate in Indometacin Patches。Methods:Dia- monsil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6mm,5um)was used the stationary phase,acetonitrile-0.25% sodium heptanesulfonate(2:8)and was used the mobile phase。The detection wavelength was 220 nm。Results:The method was proved to the linear in the range of 2.5 μg- 126 μg·ml^(-1),the regression coefficient is 0.9999。The Recovery of method was 100.9%,RSD0.99%(n=9)。Conclusion:The method is high sensitivity、simple、reliable
