高效液相色谱法测定玉叶解毒颗粒中蒙花苷的含量

HPLC Determination of linarin in Yuye Jiedu Granules

目的:建立 HPLC 法测定玉叶解毒颗粒中蒙花苷的含量。方法:以 HiQ-sil C_(18)V(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为分析柱,甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(45∶55)为流动相,检测波长:326nm,流速:1.0mL·min^(-1)。结果:蒙花苷在0.1-0.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为96.6%,RSD 为1.6%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为玉叶解毒颗粒的含量测定方法。

Objective:To establish a HPLC method to determine the contents of linarin in the Yuye Jiedu gra- nules.Methods:The chromatographic condition:HiQ-sil C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase consisted of CH_3 OH-0.5% HA_c(45:55),The detection wavelength was 326 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).Results:The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.1-0.6μg.The average recovery as 96.6%,RSD was 1.6%.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,and can be used to control the content of linarin in the Yuye Jiedu granules.
