摘要
用热重法(TG)分析了紫外光辐射固化漆膜在空气气氛下热失重的过程。结果表明紫外光辐射固化漆膜在100~250C段的热失重量随漆膜曝光时间的减少而增加,失重量与常用的溶剂抽提法测定的抽提量基本一致。
The thermal degradation process of the Varnish film cured by UV radiation was ana-lyzed with TG method in air atmosphere. The results showed that the thermal weight-loss of thecured film in the 100~250C degradation stage increased with decrease of exposure time underthe UV radiation and was virtually equal to that determined by regular solvent extraction method. So TG method can be used as a fast and convenient method in determining the crosslin king degreeof cured films of Varnish.
