摘要
以人新鲜及冷冻精子在不同孵育时间内及不同A23187浓度下进行实验。采用低渗溶液处理以观察精子的死活及顶体反应情况,比较不同条件下,精子顶体反应的变化。结果表明:(1)新鲜及冷冻精子均可受A23187诱发,而出现顶体反应;(2)A23187可使部分精子在极短时间内出现顶体反应;(3)一定范围内延长孵育时间,可提高A23187的诱发效率;(4)人精子间存在明显不均一性。

Ford (Reproductive Unit of Bristol Maternity Hospital ) The report shown the results of both fresh and frozen human spermatozoa which were incubated in different concentration of ionophore A23187 for different period of time. The vi- tality of the spermatozoa were identified by using the hypo-osmotic method , the acrosomal status were identified by using the fluorescent dye Pisum Stavum Agglutinin(PSA). After analysis the proportion of acrosome reaction under several circumstatances,the results suggest that : (a)both fresh and frozen human spermatozoa can be successfully induced acrosome reac- tion by A23187;(b)A23187 can make the human spermatozoa by-passing the process of ca- pacitation; (c)prolonged the incubation time of spermatozoa in a certain period can enhance the effeci-ent of A23187 and increase the proportion of acrosome reaction;(d)there are obvi- ous heterogeneous characteristics among the human spermatozoa.
