摘要
以异硫氰酸胍裂解血清释放核酸使被二氧化硅吸附,经乙醇洗涤后用水悬浮,上清即含纯化DNA。结合双阶变温PCR建立一种简单快速的血清HBV-DNA检测方法。该法只需检测10ul血清,完成提取和扩增只要3h.操作很易掌握。用之检测56例HBsAg+/HBeAg+的血清、42例HBsAg+/HBeAg-的血清和54例HBsAg/HBeAg的血清,结果HBV-DNA检出率分别为86%、57%和13%。应用表明这是一种简捷有效的核酸纯化和扩增方法,适于对大量临床样本作检测之用。
AbstractFrom 1985 to 1992, the authors have accumulated 35 cases of intraventricular hemor- rhage. Six cases were it simple intraventricular hemorrhage, and 29 cases were of cerebral hemorrhage ruptured into the ventricles. Twenty-two cases were unilateral or bilateral. The remaining 13 cases were intraventricular hemorrhage involving the two lateral ventricles and the 3rd ventricle , or the 3rd and the 4th ventricles. The causes of hemorrhage were hyper- tension (25 cases) , cerebral arteriovenous malformation (4 cases ) , and aneurysm ( 1 cases ) , and the remaining five were unknown. Depending upon the location and volume of hemor- rhage , the authors performed lateral or bilateral ventricular drilling-drainage for 2 to 25 days ( 60-380ml/day). Twenty-two cases survived and among them 8 cases completely recovered and returned to work as usual;13 cases died after therapy and 9 cases were complicated by pneumonia, gastrointestinal hemorrhage or intracranial infection.
