风心病患者淋巴细胞和血清对心脏细胞毒性与临床类型的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CYTOTOXITY OF THELYMPHOCYTS AND SERA ON HEART CELLS ANDCLINICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF RHEUMATIC FEVER

对２７例不同临床表现的风湿性心脏炎患者分别观察外周血淋巴细胞和血清对原代培养的人胚心肌细胞和心肌间质细胞的毒性作用。结果发现：１．急性典型发作的风湿性心脏炎（包括初发和风湿性心瓣膜病伴急性典型风湿活动）患者外周血淋巴细胞和血清对心肌细胞和心肌间质细胞均有毒性作用；２．慢性迁延而症状不典型的风湿性心脏炎患者外周血淋巴细胞对上述心肌细胞有毒性作用而血清则对上述细胞无或仅有轻微毒性作用；３．静止期的风湿性心瓣膜病患者，无论外周血淋巴细胞和血清对上述心脏细胞均无毒性作用。

ith the cytotoxic test of peripheral lymphocyts and sera of the rheumatic myocarditis patients against the primery cultured human fetal myocardial cells and heart interstitial cells , 27 cases were studied. The results showed that : (1) the Lymphocyts and sera from the rheumatic myocarditis patients with acute onset and typical clinical manifestations had the cytotoxic activities against myocardial cells and interstitial cells ; (2 )the Lymphocyts from the patients with mild and insidious onset and atypical manifestations had the cytotoxic effects on the myocardial cells and interstitial cells alse , but the sera fron these patients did not have this effects ; (3 ) both the lymphocyt and serum from the patients with inactive rheumatic fever did not show the cytotoxic effects on the above cells.
