摘要
参照国外发表的CD23全基因序列,自行设计并合成一对DNA引物(25个碱基和18个碱基),UCD23阳性细胞株HFBd2/SDNA为模板,应用PCR技术,在国内首次成功地扩增了CD23全基因(986bp),为今后克隆和表达CD23基因以及进一步在基因水平上探讨CD23的生物学功能研究中提供了物质基础。
Abstract With reference to the published sequence of the human CD23 gene , a pair of DNA primers (25 bases and 18 bases ) were designed and synthesized. A 986 base pair fragment containing full CD23. cDNA gene was successfully amplified by using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR ). It was the first report in the country and would promote the further re- search in molecular biology of CD23.
