Synthesis of Cu(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) Complexes of 2-Mercaptopyridine

以2-氯吡啶为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,硫脲为巯基化剂,通过巯基化反应合成2-巯基吡啶.并以此为配体,首次合成了2-巯基吡啶铜( )、镍( )2种配合物.经元素分析、EDTA络合滴定分析、热质量分析、红外光谱分析,确认了配合物的组成与结构.

2-Mercaptopridine was synthesized from 2-chloropyridine through mercapto-reaction with thiourea in ethanol. By using it as the ligand, Cu(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) complexes were prepared for the first time. The compositionsand structures of these complexes were ascertained by elemental analysis, titration analysis, thermogravimetry and IR spectra.
