摘要 白血病抑制因子(LIF)是一种多功能细胞因子,在胚胎发育、着床、计划生育、维持妊娠等方面有重要作用,但对LIF在生殖中的作用机制和调节机理尚不完全清楚。本文拟就LIF与生殖研究作一综述。
