摘要
广州地铁5号线线路长、车站多、沿线地质条件复杂、地面建筑物密集.为确保各车站深基坑的施工质量和建(构)筑物、居民的安全,在已有监测经验的基础上,由业主委托第三方监测单位对工程进行监测,并确定了业主与设计单位、工程承包商、监测单位之间的制约、协调关系.重点介绍了第三方监测的信息化管理方式及监测技术方案.
The Guangzhou Metro line No. 5 is a very long underground railway with too many stations, the geological conditions complicated and the ground surface buildings concentrated a-longside. In order to guarantee the quality of the deep foundation ditch construction of the stations and the safety of the buildings and the residents along the line, it is necessary for the owner to authorize the third party monitoring unit to conduct monitoring in the construction based on the past monitoring experiences. Defined is the relationship of restriction and coordination between the owner and the design unit, the construction contractors and the monitoring unit. A brief survey is given about the information management mode and the technical scheme of the third party monitoring.
