摘要
用随机引物扩增的方法对近等基因系抗高效氯氟氰菊酯种群和敏感种群甜菜夜蛾进行比较分析,从160条引物中筛选,引物S42(GGACCCAACC)和OPH13(GACGCCACAC)在抗性种群中扩增分别得到了1条特异扩增带,带型清晰、重复性较好,所以S42和OPH13产生的两条特异扩增带是分别与甜菜夜蛾对高效氯氟氰菊酯抗性相关的RAPD分子标记。
Genetic(molecular)markers of resistance to Lambda -cyhalothrin were studies in near isogence lines Spodoptera exigua strains. DNA from susceptible strain and resistant strain was compared using optimized randomly amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) methods.160 primers were tested,of which S42(GGACCCAACC) and OPH13(GACGCCACAC) produced 1 identical special band in NILs-RR, respectively. The two special bands possessed obviously higher intensity than background and could be well repeated,So S42 and OPH13 were considerd as genetic markers which linked to resistance to Lambda -cyhalothrin in Spodoptera exigua .
