摘要
本文从攀枝花市开始进行环境空气质量监测的时间和项目入手,介绍了不同时段的监测点位、监测项目和各个时期相关标准的变化情况,并详细阐述了目前攀枝花市四个功能区的环境空气质量污染现状。重点对近几年的污染状况、污染因素、污染特征和变化趋势等进行了细致的分析与研究,结合攀枝花市地形地貌、气象因素和首要污染物特征等,从环境保护的管理角度,提出了近期和今后污染防治的办法和措施。
This article,starting from the monitored time and the items of the air quality, presonts the different-time monitoring position,the monitoring items,the concemed standard changes of different periods,and the air-polluted conditions in the four districts of Pan Zhihua city in detail.It also carefully analyses and studies the recent-year polluting condition,the polluting factors and the polluting features and the changeable tendency.It environmentally submits the pre- sent and future measures of preventions against pollution according to the city's geology and geo- graphical position,meteorological elements and the major pollutants.
