Research on the Method of Producing and Quality Control Over 1:10 000 Scale Digital Topographic Maps

数据质量控制提供了数字地形图的质量保障。地形图全要素数字化过程包括许多中间环节,每个环节都决定着地形图数字化产品的质量。本文以泰宁县域1∶10000地形图数字化生产为例,探讨了地形图生产中从生产方案、加工方案设计到成果输出以后,各个阶段所对应的数据质量检查方法和检查重点。实践证明,这种数据质量检查方法具有通用性和高效性,确保了大比例尺地形图数据生产与加工的精度,为地形图入库奠定了良好的基础。

Data quality control provides quality of digital topographical map.The digitalizing process of topographical map includes many steps ,each step is concerned the quality of topographical map. This article takes the digitalizing produce over 1∶10000 topographical map as an example, discuses the method of quality checking and the stress during each steps from the the design of produce scheme to the results output.It is supported that the method of quality control is universal and has high efficiency.It provides high accuracy of the produce of large scale topographical map,and good basis for its importing into database.
