摘要
基于GIS技术,采用统一的信息标准编码和统一的数据标准,建设统一的福建电网生产管理信息监管中心系统,为电网生产管理的整体信息集成和辅助决策提供了较好的解决方案。
Based on GIS technology and by using the unified information codes and unified data standards,the paper deseribes the construction of a unified power net productive management regulatory center, so as to offer a better solution for the whole information integration and assistant policy-decision of the productive management of the power net.
