以结核分枝杆菌mRNA为靶点的检测方法与意义的评价

摘要 结核病是结核分枝杆菌引起的传染性疾病,目前仍然是全球范围最严重感染性疾病之一。至今,人们对结核分枝杆菌及结核病的很多方面都还处在科研探索的过程中。现代科学技术的发展为研究结核分枝杆菌的生物学特性以及结核病的快速诊断和治疗都带来广阔的发展前景。自从20世纪80年代核酸体外扩增技术应用于结核分枝杆菌的检测以来,进入以PCR为代表的分子生物学技术检测结核分枝杆菌的新阶段,人们不断对其进行着研究和探索,近几年新出现的以结核分枝杆菌mRNA为靶点的体外扩增检测具有一定意义上的开发和应用价值。
