摘要 电子电路的统计分析在电子产品批量生产前对产品元器件容差的选取、产品成品率和生产成本预测上有很好的指导意义。蒙特-卡罗分析方法是电子电路常用的统计方法之一,采用计算机模拟的蒙特-卡罗法通过对电子电路的性能统计试验来求得其性能的期望值、标准差等统计参数,并能从进一步求得的直方图上预测该性能处于技术指标允许范围之内的产品合格率。通过统计分析结果可以选取可靠性高、成本低的设计方案,以实现电子电路的优化设计。本文以滤波器为例说明在OrCAD/PSpice9环境下进行电路统计分析的方法和应用。 Statistic analysis of electronic circuit has a practical guidance significance on tolerance selection of electronic components, forecast of qualified products ratio and costs of production. Monte-Carlo analysis is one of the most usual statistical methods. The statistical parameters such as the expected value and the normal difference are gained through this method,the bar charts subsequently can forecast the ratio of qualified products in technical target. From these results, we can select the project of high reliability and low cost in order to optimize the design of circuit. The statistic analysis method and its application is illustrated through a filter case based on OrCAD/PSpice9 .
