分析了角片件的工艺性,介绍了其级进模总体结构,论证了排样方案。实践证明,该模具结构可靠,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计有重要参考价值。
The technological properties of the angle-shape parts are analyzed.The overall structure of the progressive die for the parts is introduced.The layout scheme is proved.Practices show that the die structure is reliable and can ensure the product quality.It has important reference value to the design of the progressive dies for this kind of parts.
