摘要
本文叙述了市级专科医院在试行人员聘用制改革中的六点主要做法,即:成立聘用工作专门领导小组;“一整合一分离”,加强专科建设,逐步按病种分科,实行专病综合治疗;“两倾斜一精简”,编制内按需设岗;中层干部任用实行竞争上岗,副高和中级专业技术职务竞争上岗、按岗聘任;落实岗位,明确职务,商定聘期,规范合同;健全聘用制度、完善管理办法。通过采取这些措施,实现了市级肿瘤专科医院进行全员聘用制的平稳过渡。在推行过程中积累了丰富的经验,对医疗卫生事业单位推行人员聘用制具有一定的参考作用。
This article has narrated six main attempted measures adopted by the municipal special hospital in the course of personal engaging reform:1.establish- ing the special leading group for personal engagement .2.one conformity and one separation to focus on the construction of specialized departments, treating patients according to different disease.3. two inclinations and one simplification, setting up the posts in the authorized requirement .4. carrying out for mounting guarding.5. criterionizing the engaging contracts.6. making the managing systems perfect. All the measures made the personal engaging reform move smoothly, which has set an example for the reform of other medical sanitation units.
