摘要
科学的企业管理是企业适应其所在的企业生态环境的产物,传统管理理论是植根于工业社会的企业生态之上,现代企业管理的研究必须从当今企业生态来把握。文章从企业生态对企业管理产生的本原进行探索;提出企业管理范式的概念,研究工业社会和信息社会的企业生态及管理范式的转变;并对我国当前企业管理变革提出一些看法。
<Abstrcat>The pattern,system and behavior of enterprise are the products of its adapting to the ecological environment. The theories of traditional management are based on the enterprise ecology at that time, and can only be applied into explaining the pattern and behavior of enterprise then. Research about modern enterprise pattern must be based on the current enterprise ecology. This paper analyzes the enterprise ecology in industrial and back industrial society, explains the changes of paradigm of enterprise management.
