摘要
目的观察替加色罗在治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的疗效。方法96例患者随机分为两组,治疗组51例,替加色罗6mg口服2次/d;对照组45例,西沙比利5mg口服3次/d;均为6周;治疗前后分别记录症状,同时检查血、尿、粪常规及培养,肝、肾功能。结果治疗组51例患者应用替加色罗6mg治疗后总改善率为80.4%,IBS的主要症状腹痛、腹胀、便秘都明显改善,有效率分别为87.8%,96.4%,86.7%。替加色罗治疗期间发生腹痛3例,发生腹泻5例。结论替加色罗是目前治疗IBS较为有效的药物,不良反应少。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tegaserod on the treatment of irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).Methods All the 96 cases of IBS were at random divided into two groups, which were respectively treated with tegaserod (51) and cisapride (45, as controls) orally for six weeks. The smptoms of IBS were recorded, and the blood, urine, feces, and hepatic and renal function were examined before and after treatment.Results After six week's course of treatment, 80.4% of the 51 cases were more clearly improved. The major symptoms of IBS were abdominal pain, distention and constipation, which were ameliorated markedly respectively in 87.8%, 96.4% and 86.7% of the cases. The rate of side effect was15.7%, and no serious side effect was found.Conclusion Tegaserod is effective and safe in the treatment of IBS.
