摘要
分析了传统绩效观点与知识型团队之间的冲突,指出了造成这种冲突的深层原因是管理理念的滞后。知识型团队绩效管理应该基于能本管理理念,在此基础上还分析了基于能本管理的团队绩效管理的优点及其在各阶段的特点。
The views of traditional performance management conflict with the knowledge-team. The profound cause is the laggard management theory. The author thinks that the knowledge-team performance management should be based on the capacity--based management theory. Moreover, the author analyzes the advantages and the characteristic in the processes of the capacity-based management theory.
