摘要 [目的]探讨hMSH2和PTEN蛋白表达与肺腺癌发生的关系。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法检测45例肺腺癌组织中hMSH2和PTEN蛋白表达情况。[结果]hMSH2蛋白和PTEN蛋白的表达率分别为37.78%和53.33%。hMSH2和PTEN表达与性别、年龄分组及有无淋巴转移均无相关性。hMSH2蛋白阳性表达组和hMSH2蛋白阴性表达组,PTEN蛋白表达率分别为82.35%和35.71%,两者间差异显著(P<0.05)。[结论]hMSH2的表达下调导致的PTEN蛋白表达下调可能是肺腺癌发病机制之一。 [Objective] To find some evidence about the carcinogenesis and prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma. [Methods] To investigate the expression of hMSH2 and PTEN was examined by immunohistochemistry in 45 cases of lung adenocarcinoma with the clinical pathological information. [Result] The positive rates of hMSH2 and PTEN were 37.78% and 53.33% in lung adenocarcinoma respectively. The positive expression rates of hMSH2 and PTEN were no statistically correlation of the two groups to sex, age and lymph node metastasis. The positive rates of PTEN in the group of hMSH2 positive expression and negative were 82.35%(14/17) and 35.71%(10/28). There were statistically significant correlation between the two groups (P<0.05).[Conclution] The decreasing of hMSH2 expression could effect the PTEN expression, which could be a kind of carcinogenesis of lung adenocarcinoma.
