Exploration to the Innovation of Ideological and Political Work in College Students' Flats

创新大学生公寓思想政治工作是新时期思想政治工作与时俱进的需要,是做好大学生公寓管理工作的需要。全文从管理模式、工作方式、服务意识三方面,提出了大学生公寓思想政治工作的创新办法和手段。

To innovate the ideological and political work in college students' flats is not only the need of ideological and political work in order to keep the pace with time in the new period, but also the requirement of flat management. This paper explains the idea from three aspects: management model, way of working, ideology of service, and puts forward some specific new innovation methods.
