摘要
运用不同强度的光照和色光分别刺激蛱蝶和菜粉蝶复眼,并使用微电极的方法记录了背侧视神经节层的电生理反应.结果显示,电生理反应的幅度与光强度呈现正相关.蛱蝶和菜粉蝶对蓝光和绿光刺激具较强的反应,而红光引起的反应较弱.蛱蝶对红光具有良好的反应,且色光反应高于菜粉蝶.
Electrophysiologic responses were respectively recorded from the dorsal sector of lamina ganglion in the Vanessa Cardui and Pieris rapae by means of extracellular microelectrodes stimulation of the compound eye with lights of different wavelengths and the results showed that the amplitude of electric response was positively related to the log intensity of illumination. The two animals exhibited good responses to blue and green light stimulation. The red light induced a weak reaction and Vanessa Cardui was more sensitive to red light than Pieris rapae. Furthermore, Vanessa Cardui showed better response to color light than Pieris rapae.
