高校学生考试作弊的现象之所以愈演愈烈,究其原因,并非只是处罚力度、补考、教师素质以及考试的内容和形式等方面的问题,更有当代大学生道德、精神缺失和学校的功利性等伦理方面的原因。解决考试作弊问题,既要加强考试管理,更要着力加强青年学生的道德教育和文化修养,复归高等教育的人性关怀,切实加强考试改革与管理。

Why the situation of the examination-cheat has become more serious? The causes lies, not only in the degree of the punishment, make-up, teachers' quality and the contents and forms, but also in the lack of the morality and spirit of the contemporary students and the utilitarianism of the university. The way-out is to strengthen the examination management, and at the same time, to improve the students' moral education and cultural accomplishment, to come back to the humanity concern and to strengthen the examination reform and management.
