Synthesis of dithiotricyanic acid immobilized silica gel and its application to the FAAS determination of gold after on-line preconcentration and separation

摘要 制备了二巯基取代三聚氰酸键合硅胶,并以其为微柱填料应用于金的在线预浓集分离、火焰原子吸收光谱测定.当介质为0.2mol/L盐酸,上样流速为4.6mL/min,0.1μg/mL的Au预浓集时间为60s时,检出限为0.94ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.8%.利用本实验方法成功实现了合金和阳极泥标准样品中金的在线预浓集分离、测定. Dithiotricyanic acid immobilized silica gel(DTTCSG) was prepared and applied to the determination of gold with flame atomic absorption spectrometric (FAAS) after on-line preconcentration and separation. The limit of determination(LOD) and relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.94 ng/mL and 1.8%, when 0.1 μg/mL Au in 0.2 mol/L HCl solution was preconcentrated for 60 s with a sample flow rate of 4.6 mL/min. The proposed method was successfully applied to the on-line preconcentration, separation and determination of gold in nickel alloy and anode slime certified samples.
