摘要 研究了Al,B和Zr元素对电致发热多孔碳化硅陶瓷导电性的影响。室温电阻率测定表明,加入Al,B和Zr都可显著降低电致发热多孔碳化硅陶瓷的电阻率,随着Al,B和Zr加入量的增加,试样的室温电阻率下降。讨论了Al,B和Zr在碳化硅中的存在形式,并分析了试样的导电机理。 The effect of additional Al,B and Zr on the electrical conductivity of heating element porous ceramics of silicon carbide was studied. By electrical resistivity measured at room temperature, it shows that resistivity decrease by adding Al,B and Zr. With increased contents of additives,the electrical resistivity of porous ceramics SiC decreases. The existent form of Al,B and Zr in SiC is discussed. The conductive mechanism is analyzed.
