摘要
目的:观察大鼠跟腱在不同应力作用模式下发生的适应性变化。方法:120只8周龄Wistar大鼠按不同强度方式分组训练。训练结束后测量跟腱生物力学性能。结果:跟腱的生物力学性能出现由下降到上升的动态变化。循环训练8周组的大鼠跟腱各项力学性能有明显的提升。结论:跟腱力学性质的变化是对重复应力刺激的一种反应,是肌腱对抗力学疲劳的机制。训练中负荷重复的次数比单次负荷本身的大小对肌腱的改建更具有积极意义。循环训练可以加速跟腱的塑形改建,是一种良好的锻炼方式。
Objective: To observe the influence of different training methods on the adaptive change’s of the Achille’s tendon rat. Methods: 120 rats were trained under different exercises. After training, the Achille’s tendon was obtained to evaluate the biomechanical changes. Results: The biomechanical function of the Achille’s tendon had changed from decrease to increase. After 8 weeks of cyclical training, the mechanical properties of rat Achille’s tendons were significantly improved as compared with the untrained groups. Conclusion: The increase in mechanical properties may be a response to repeated stress and may function as a mechanism to resist tendon damage due to mechanical fatigue. Tendon properties may respond to the number of cycles of loading rather than the load per se. Cyclical training can accelerate the remodeling of tendon properties so can be regarded as a reasonable exercise model for achilles tendon.
