摘要
目的:研究功能性构音障碍儿童的听觉辨别能力以探讨其病因和发病机制。方法:选择符合功能性构音障碍诊断标准的儿童42例作为病例组,同年龄段正常儿童47例作为对照组,分别进行听觉辨别能力及智力测定。病例组同时进行语言发育水平测定。结果:依据独立危险因素对病例组和对照组进行1∶1配对,共34对。病例组儿童对交通工具及动物声音的辨别率与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:功能性构音障碍儿童的听觉辨别能力明显落后于正常儿童,这可能是病例组儿童功能性构音障碍的病因之一。学龄前儿童的听觉辨别能力随年龄的增长而提高并与总智商存在正相关性。
Objective: To investigate the etiology and pathology of functional articulation disorder (FAD) by studying auditory discrimination in children with FAD. Methods: Forty-two FAD children were selected as test group, and 47 normal children without language and speech disorders matched for ages served as control group. Intelligences and auditory discrimination of all the children were administered. Language developments were evaluated in the test group. Results: The children in the two groups were matched according to the results of multiple regression analysis, which added up to 34 pairs. Discrimination abilities of children with FAD were inferior to those in control group in both traffic and animal sounds (P<0.01). Conclusion: The discrimination abilities of children with FAD were much inferior to normal children, which perhaps contributed to FAD. Discrimination ability was clearly increased with age and FIQ of children.
