摘要 纤维的最显著优势是提高了混凝土的动载性能,过去对动载性能的研究很少,掌握纤维混凝土的动载性能对设计承受冲击、撞击荷载的结构非常重要,有助于配制性能优良的纤维混凝土。本文采用自制的落锤抗弯冲击试验装置,测定了玻璃纤维、全掺钢纤维、层布钢纤维混凝土的抗弯冲击性能。研究证明:层布钢纤维混凝土破坏时的冲击次数比全掺钢纤维混凝土高,全掺钢纤维、层布钢纤维混凝土的抗弯冲击性能优于玻璃纤维。 One of the major advantages of concrete with randomly distributed fibers is in its improved resistance to dynamic load.The knowledge,however,about the impact performance of fiber reinforced concrete is still limited.It is critical to develop better fiber reinforced cement composites.In this paper,the impact resistance of fiber reinforced concrete was measured using a newly designed drop weight flexural impact machine.Tests were made on concrete beams with bottom layer deformed macrofibers of steel,concrete beam with randomly distributed deformed steel fibers;and fine microfibers of glass.The test results indicate that when specimens failure due to impact load,the impact resistance of concrete beam with bottom layer steel fibers are more effective than concrete beam with randomly distributed steel fibers;and that of macrofibers of steel are far more effective in terms of impact toughness than glass fibers.
