颞下颌关节紊乱病关节滑液β-糖苷酶活性检测与临床意义

摘要 目的:检测滑液中β-糖苷酶活性改变,探讨其在颞下颌关节紊乱病发病机制及诊断研究中的意义。方法:用Borooahs法,对正常及结构紊乱、骨关节病患者关节滑液中β-糖苷酶进行检测,并进行统计学处理。结果:正常及病变关节滑液均能检测出β-糖苷酶活性形式,滑液各β-糖苷酶活性在结构紊乱组与骨关节病组均明显高于正常组,且在骨关节病组均明显高于结构紊乱组。结论:滑液中β-糖苷酶活性改变反映颞下颌关节病变程度,可作为颞下颌关节紊乱病滑液诊断的标志物。 Objective: To detect the changes of β-glycosidases in temporomandibular joint(TMJ) synovial fluid(SF),and probe the role of β-glycosidases in the study of pathogenesis and diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders(TMD). Methods: The activities of β-glycosidases in TMJ SF were assayed following the method of Borooah with Hitachi spectrophotometer and substrates. The SF samples were obtained from 23 patients with TMJ internal derangement(ID), 12 with TMJ osteoarthritis(OA), and 13 with normal controls(N).SF was collected from the upper joint space after injecting 1ml of N.S. Results: The specific activity of N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase increased significantly both with ID ( P <0.01) and with OA ( P <0.001) than with the controls, along with increases in the activity of N-acetyl-β-galactosaminidase ( P <0.05 with ID and P <0.01 with OA) and in β-glucuronidase( P <0.05 both with ID and OA). The N-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase activity with OA was especially significantly higher( P <0.001) than with ID. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the activities of β-glycosidases in TMJ SF reflect the degree of TMD, and can be the potential diagnostic marker of TMD.
