随意引物聚合酶链反应在健康青少年口腔优势菌鉴定中的应用

摘要 目的:应用随意引物聚合酶链反应(arbitrarilyprimedpolymerasechainreaction,AP-PCR)来对健康青少年口腔优势菌进行鉴定。方法:经初步鉴定健康青少年口腔优势菌为血链球菌属后,用随机引物AP-PCR对优势菌进行扩增、检测。结果:经扩增后的健康青少年口腔优势菌的DNA片段与标准血链球菌ATCC10556的DNA片段相同。结论:应用AP-PCR技术可以对健康青少年口腔优势菌进行鉴定和分类。 Objective: To identify predominant bacteria in oral cavity of healthy adolescent by arbitrarily primed polymerase chain reaction (AP-PCR). Methods: After predominant bacteria in oral cavity of healthy adolescent was identified primarily to Streptococcus .sanguis group , AP-PCR was used by designing arbitrary primer 5′AAG AGA GGA GCT AGC TCT TCT TGG A3. Results: The main DNA ′band of predominant bacteria in oral cavity of healthy adolescent is similar to Streptococcus .sanguis ATCC10556 ′. Conclusion: AP-PCR can be useful in identification of predominant bacteria in oral cavity of healthy adolescent.
