摘要
为改善工作环境,利于环保,研制了无苯型溶剂体系,结合与之相适应的树脂、颜料和添加剂,设计了无苯型塑料凹印油墨的配方。采用砂磨机分散法制备无苯型塑料凹印油墨,实验中使用SBM-T型篮式砂磨机用于少量油墨的制备,使用SGM-1.4型卧式砂磨机用于模拟实际油墨制备生产条件。通过对各种原材料及样品墨的测试,得到了无苯型塑料凹印油墨的优化配方, 利用优化配方并结合研磨工艺,制备的油墨能够满足实际印刷生产的要求。
In order to improve the working environment and environmental protection, developed non-benzene solvent system, combined with the relevant resins, pigments and additive to design the formulation of non-benzene plastic gravure printing ink. Adopt sand mill dispersing method to prepare non-benzene plastic gravure printing ink, SBM-T basket type sand mill is used to prepare a small amount of printing ink, SGM-1. 4L type horizontal sand mill is used for imitating the real working condition of preparing printing ink. The research has designed the formulation of non-benzene plastics gravure printing ink. Through testing various kinds of raw materials and the sample of ink, the optimizational formulation is obtained. The printing ink made according to the best formulation by grinding technology has good printability and can meet the requirements for printing production.
