摘要
为了纠正瑞士产COLOR METAL四色机离合压电路工作不正常的现象,设计了一种新型自动离合压电路。设计方法是:通过对四色机的原理进行研究分析,采用无接触的检测方法及与原控制电路独立的电气控制系统,使该设备离合压控制线路进入正常工作状态。结果表明, 该设计非常成功,并且已在四色胶印机上得到实际应用。同时,该项目所采用的方法及手段可用于印刷包装类产品的控制系统改进设计。
In this paper, a kind of modified circuit design of the imported four-colored offset press is introduced to correct the working disorder. The design method is based on the analysis of its principle, use of the independent electric control system, un-contacted measured method, the normal on-off pressure state of the press is discussed at the same time. The result show that this design method is very successful and it can be also used for the design such as packaging printing presses.
