摘要
将优化设计方法应用于椭圆齿轮传动设计,根据以纸张到达前规速度最小为目标函数的数学模型,采用VB语言开发出变速输纸机构中椭圆齿轮的计算机辅助设计软件,该软件首先根据工艺要求优化设计出椭圆的长短轴,然后进行结构设计,分析计算结果,并将计算结果输出到文本中保存,最后进行椭圆齿轮零件图的绘制。通过实例验证该软件在实际应用中具有一定的实用价值。
Elliptic gears are designed based on optimization theory, and the mathematical model of optimal design on paper-transferring speed is proposed to be the objective is established, and studies the CAD methods about elliptic gears based on VB, by which to design the parameters of the elliptic gears mechanism,based on the parameters to design the structure of the elliptic gears, to analysis the result, to save the result in word, to draw the part drawing in AutoCAD. Example shows the CAD design is a practical design method.
