信息技术在引滦工程管理中的应用分析

Analysis on information technique applied to management of Luanhe-Tianjin Water Diversion Project

引滦入津工程运行20多年来,先后采用计算机技术、自动监控技术等,逐步建立起办公、测量、监控、测报等自动化管理系统.尤其是近几年,信息技术已被广泛应用到引滦工程的各个领域,为引滦入津工程的管理提供了先进的手段.在介绍引滦工程信息技术应用现状的基础上,重点分析了信息技术对引滦工程管理的影响和促进,总结了在引水工程上应用信息技术建设信息系统需要注意的几个问题.

Both the computer technique and automatic monitoring technique are applied to the Luanhe-Tianjin Water Diversion Project early or late since its initial operation for 20 years more, and then the automatic management systems for office, survey, monitoring and observation are established successively. Especially in recent years, the information system is widely applied to all the fields concerned in the project, which provides the project with advanced measures for the management. Based on the introduction of the application status of the information technique, the promotion effect from the technique on the project management are analyzed with emphasis herein; in which some problems, those should be reminded here, from the construction of the information system for water diversion project are summarized generally.
