摘要
提出了一种基于H.264/AVC视频编码标准的自适应块匹配运动估计快速算法。该算法是根据当前参考帧、当前宏块分割模式、初始预测搜索距以及预测平均像素差阈值的不同而动态采用相应的搜索策略和终止准则,并能够根据检测点块失真和搜索距统计特性来进行实时更新,提高预测的准确性。模拟试验表明,提出算法能获得与全搜索十分接近的视频质量,但搜索速度却有成倍提高。
An adaptive algorithm for fast block-matching motion estimation in H.264 is proposed in this paper. Considering the condition of current reference frame, macroblock’ s segmentation mode, initial search-length, initial predictor candidates and predi ctive median PSAD, this algorithm choose the corresponding search pattern and controllable predictive search criteria. The statistical data of PSAD and SL will be updated after finishing current search in order to improve the veracity of prediction. Extensive simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can get almost the same image quality but its search speed has improved several times than FS.
