数字化对检索方式和图书馆员的新要求

New requests of search methods and librarians in the digital library

充分利用数字图书资源有两方面的要求,一是在检索方式上,二是图书馆员的素质上。前者关键是发展学科导航技术,后者主要是完善学科馆员制度。

This article introduces two methods to obtain library resources in digital library. Search methods and the help of librarians. It particularly introduces the search methods under the condition of network￡-effect and construction of subject navigation. Compared with college libraries of domestic and abroad, it explains the effect of services due to the abilities of librarians and its effect to subject navigation. In the end, this article proposes service improvements can be done to the college libraries.
