用半解析环形棱柱单元解盘形锥齿轮的振动问题

摘要 提供了一种使用半解析环形棱柱有限元求解盘形锥齿轮行波振动的方法。单元沿齿轮截面具有8个节点,沿周向为三角函数级数,借助三角函数的正交性使单元矩阵得到简化。单元除考虑旋转作用外也可适合各种截面形状的盘类零部件,并可提高计算机的工作效率。计算结果与实测相比表明单元有很好的精度。 Vibration and traveling wave stress analysis of rotating bevel gears is performed using annular finite element. By use of the axisymmetric properties, the simplified matrix of annular finite elements is derived. The element has 8 nodes in cross section and is characterized by trigonometric series in the circumferential direction. The model can account for any variation in cross section of the gear as well as rotation of the gear. The accuracy and high convergence rate of the method is demonstrated in comparison with experimental data.
