浅谈戴季陶与南京国民政府文官考试制度建设

政事之原,莫大于官制。戴季陶作为南京国民政府考试院院长对文官考试制度的改革与建设进行了勇敢的探索,取得了不少成绩。虽不可避免有缺陷,但却对国民政府的政治制度建设和经济发展起重大作用。

The system of government officials was very important in political affairs.Dai jitao who was the leader of the academic of examination had explored boldly in reforming and constructing the examination system of civil sevants,and got some achievements.of course there are some defects in the course,but the system had important effect on the eight years'war about the national party agaist Japan and on the devo lpment of economy and politic after the National Party was defeated by the Communist Party and occupied Taiwan.
