交通信息整合利用中基于IRP的数据环境建设

Foundation of Data Environment Based on IRP in Integrating and Utilizing Traffic Information

面对众多城市一边着力建设专用的交通信息系统,一边又制造信息孤岛的现象,提出了对综合交通信息资源进行整合利用的观点。对于综合交通信息资源整合利用过程中的数据环境建设问题,文章引入了信息工程方法论、信息资源管理理论和数据管理理论,借鉴信息资源规划的方法流程,建立了在综合交通信息资源整合利用中的数据环境构建方法框架,并以一个实例进行了说明。

There is a phenomenon that separated information emerges in the process of building the traffic information systems. A view of integrating and utilizing traffic information is presented in this paper. As for the issue of the foundation of data environment, a method has been established from the viewpoints of information engineer, information resource management and data administration, and the method of IRP. Finally, a case is discussed.
